Qualifications

• Licensed as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Florida.
• Hands-on BLS Card.
• Maintains confidentiality of all patient information.
• Adheres to universal precautions and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Assess and contribute to Plan of Care/Treatment.
• Review patient records for orders or changes in status.
• Develop and update therapy plans with the Physical Therapist.
• Administer physical therapy treatments per the plan of care.
• Document progress notes, scores, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate billing charges and productivity logs.
• Ensure patient safety and prepare for discharge with home exercise programs.
• Attend meetings and in-services.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.
