Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois (or eligible for licensure)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• No prior experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsabilités

• Interpret physician referrals and conduct musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary evaluations.
• Establish plans of care and implement individualized treatment based on evaluation results and goals.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans based on patient response.
• Plan for discharge with home programs, patient teaching, and referrals as needed.
• Document care and progress per department policy and accreditation standards.
• Promote safety and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
