Responsibilities

• Interprets physician referrals and completes musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary evaluations.
• Establishes a plan of care and implements treatment, monitors outcomes, and adjusts as needed.
• Plans discharge, provides home programs and family teaching, and coordinates with community services.
• Completes documentation, billing, scheduling, and ensures adherence to policies.
• Maintains equipment, promotes patient safety, and participates in safety/infection control initiatives.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and may supervise staff or students.
