Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state where you work.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA) within 90 days unless exempt.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret referrals and perform musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary evaluations.
• Establish a care plan and implement treatment; adjust based on progress and goals.
• Discharge planning with home programs and family teaching; arrange community referrals.
• Document patient care per policy; track statistics, billing, and scheduling; ensure compliance.
• May supervise physical therapy assistants and rehab aides as requested.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and pursue ongoing professional development.
