Responsibilities

• Interprets physician referrals and conducts musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary evaluations.
• Plans and implements individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and goals, adjusting as needed.
• Completes documentation including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and daily statistics per policy.
• Manages assigned caseload, coordinates coverage, and supports department productivity standards.
• May supervise physical therapy assistants, rehab aides/techs, and students as appropriate.
