Responsibilities

• Interprets physician referrals and completes musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary evaluations.
• Establishes a plan of care and implements treatment based on evaluation results and goals; monitors outcomes and adjusts plans as needed.
• Plans for and completes patient discharge including home programs, teaching, and referrals; collaborates with care team for transition planning.
• Performs required documentation and billing, ensuring compliance with policies and timelines.
• May supervise PT assistants and rehab aides while maintaining patient care responsibility.
