Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy approved by an accredited organization.
• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy preferred.
• PT License and CPR certification as required by state.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess therapeutic and functional status to develop the total care plan.
• Direct and supervise physical therapy treatment and educate family/caregivers.
• Participate in discharge planning and peer consultation.
• Provide home health guidance and inservice education as needed.
• Train patients in prosthetic use and ensure program goals are met.
