Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients in home settings. PTs diagnose mobility issues and use physical modalities to improve function and independence in daily living.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in the state of employment.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current therapy practice.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities.
• Help patients improve mobility and independence in daily living.
• Utilize specialty programs (Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip/Knee, Total Shoulder) to treat patients.
