Responsibilities

• Provides pharmaceutical care in their specialty practice area including reviewing drug history and providing drug therapy recommendations.
• Implements and measures clinical processes to improve outcomes and minimize adverse events.
• Coaches and mentors staff, residents, students, and healthcare providers in clinical processes.
