Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Completion of a Pharmacy Residency or 2 years of demonstrated clinical experience.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in PA within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Performs functions of a pharmacist as described in the job description (50%).
• Designs and implements drug use evaluations and reports (formulary evaluations, monitors, or drug usage studies).
• Educates healthcare professionals, participates in rounds with the interdisciplinary team, and prepares clinical briefs.
