Job summary

Providence in Hobbs, New Mexico, seeks a Clinical Pharmacist responsible for delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care and collaborating with the healthcare team. The role involves optimizing medication therapy outcomes and ensuring quality of life for patients.

Qualified candidates will hold a PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and be licensed as a New Mexico Registered Pharmacist. Preference is given to those with acute care hospital pharmacy experience and completion of an ASHP-accredited residency.

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required.
• New Mexico Registered Pharmacist license necessary upon hire.
• 1 year of acute care hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Job description

Schedule Details: Monday through Sunday every other week (7 on 7 off), 7:00 am to 7:00 pm

The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Required Qualifications:

• PharmD or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
• New Mexico Registered Pharmacist - New Mexico Board of Pharmacy upon hire

• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
