BayCare Health System is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist - Pediatrics at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa, FL. The role focuses on patient safety, drug therapy optimization, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes for pediatric patients.

The position is full-time, with day/evening shifts and weekend rotation as described. Qualified candidates will hold a Florida Pharmacist license (preferred: ASHP PGY2 in Pediatrics).

Clinical Pharmacist - Pediatrics position details:

• Facility: St. Joseph's Hospital
• Location: Tampa, FL
• Status: Full time, exempt
• Shift: 7 am - 3:30 pm, 2:30 pm - 11 pm
• Weekend Work: Every 3rd
• On Call: No

Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities:

• The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.

Certifications and Licensure:

• Required: Pharmacist – State of FL
• Preferred: Completion of ASHP Accredited PGY2 Pediatric Pharmacy

Requirements:

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree
• Preferred: PharmD
