• Advanced pharmacy degree – Doctor of Pharmacy, Masters, Residency (preferred)
• Maintains current license for pharmacist in the state(s) where practicing (required)
• Immunization certified (preferred)

Aufgaben

• Engage in medication reviews and therapy management to ensure safe and effective use of medications
• Collaborate with pharmacy team and other health care professionals to improve patient care
• Support medication distribution and operations to ensure timely availability
• Provide education to staff and serve as a preceptor for students and residents as assigned
• Process orders and perform clinical support duties as needed
