Job summary

Qualifications
- Licensed California pharmacist in good standing.

Responsibilities
- Review and verify new patient orders in the pharmacy information system.
- Provide consultations to patients, families, and healthcare professionals about medications.
- Monitor drug therapy outcomes and perform drug utilization reviews.
- Maintain documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
