Accendra Health is seeking a Licensed Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision. You will ensure compliant, efficient processes and act as the primary contact with referral sources, physician offices, and patients/caregivers.

Responsibilities include processing referrals, coordinating with pharmacists, verifying demographics and insurance, and maintaining accurate patient records while adhering to policies and regulations. Utah license required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Third Party Claims processing.
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations and products used by our pharmacy.
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and documentation.
• Knowledge of prescription authorization processes.

• Process new referrals completely and accurately.
• Work with pharmacist to create efficient workflow and profitable orders.
• Communicate professionally with referral sources and patients.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance coverage, allergies, and conditions.
• Maintain customer database and document patient notes.
