Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a Staff Pharmacist in Stephens City, VA to provide patient-centered clinical services, including immunizations and MTM, while leading pharmacy technicians and associates in delivering exceptional customer service.

You will help create a culture focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence, supporting prescription growth, patient engagement, and wellness initiatives within a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Current immunization certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications in compliance with all regulations.
• Counsel patients on medication therapy, adherence, side effects, and disease management.
• Administer immunizations and provide clinical services.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure medication security.
