Job summary

The GIANT Company in Bartonsville, PA is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our team. You will deliver patient‑centered clinical services, including immunizations and MTM, while leading pharmacy staff to ensure safe, efficient care.

You’ll counsel patients on medications, promote preventive care, and collaborate with physicians to improve health outcomes in our community. A PharmD or BS in Pharmacy and an active PA license are required.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Current immunization certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered clinical services, including immunizations and MTM.
• Lead, coach, and support pharmacy technicians and associates.
• Promote safety, quality, and operational excellence in the pharmacy.
• Support prescription growth, customer engagement, and clinical services.
• Promote preventive care and wellness programs.
• Champion immunizations, medication adherence, health screenings, and other patient care initiatives.
• Review and dispense prescriptions accurately following regulations.
• Counsel patients on medication therapy, adherence, and potential side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
