Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide and document medications and medication-related services to patients.
• Serve as preceptor to pharmacy residents and students.
• Participate in Medical Center and Departmental committees and promote medication-use policy.

Education

Doctorate of Pharmacy degree or equivalent

Pharmacy residency (3 years inpatient experience)
