UC San Diego Health seeks an experienced pharmacist to join the clinical, teaching, research and distribution system for UC San Diego Health and the Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. Responsibilities include profile review, TPN order writing, pharmacokinetics, renal dosing, medication reconciliation, and chemotherapy order review in Beacon EMR, plus precepting students and residents.

Competenze

• Doctorate of Pharmacy degree required.
• CA Pharmacist license issued by the state (RPH) required.
• Residency or equivalent inpatient clinical experience.

Mansioni

• Provide and document medications and medication-related services per UC San Diego Health standards.
• Precept pharmacy students and residents.
• Participate in Medical Center and Departmental committees; support medication-use policy.
