Qualifications

• Doctorate of Pharmacy degree or equivalent clinical experience (acute care hospital).
• Registered Pharmacist license issued by the state of California (RPH).
• Three years of inpatient pharmacist experience, including hospital practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document medications and medication-related services to patients.
• Precept pharmacy students and residents as assigned.
• Participate in Medical Center/Department committees and support medication-use policy.
