Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with clinical hospital experience required.
• PharmD preferred for advanced practice.
• ASHP-accredited PGY-1 residency or equivalent required.
• PGY-2 or equivalent experience preferred for specialty areas.

• Prioritizes the importance of preventing errors, accidents, and infections within the workplace and reports potential or actual concerns immediately.

Ausbildung

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with equivalent clinical hospital experience required

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred

Completion of an ASHP accredited PGY-1 pharmacy residency or equivalent experience required

PGY-2 or equivalent experience preferred for specialty areas
