Qualifications

• Virginia Pharmacist License (Required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required).
• Previous clinical experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and prompt pharmacy services in assigned areas.
• Manage patient drug therapy in line with clinical standards.
• Counsel patients and educate caregivers when required.
• Serve as a drug information resource for the care team.
• Precept pharmacy students and support staff as assigned.
• Maintain current knowledge of medications and disease states.
• Ensure accuracy and safety of provider orders and policies.
