Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy seeks a Senior Director, Fulfillment Services to lead fulfillment operations across multiple sites, drive strategy, and optimize inventory, procurement, and shipping. This role oversees cross-functional teams and partners with business development to deliver reliable, compliant service in a high-demand rare-disease environment.

The position supports Pittsburgh, PA and Collierville, TN sites in a hybrid work model, with travel up to 50-75%.

Qualifications

The candidate must have a PharmD or RPh with an unrestricted license in PA or TN; expected to obtain other states within 90 days.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare leadership role.
Experience with pharmacy automation technology and building new fulfillment centers.

Responsibilities

Manages Fulfillment Services, Inventory, Procurement, Warehouse, and Shipping/Logistics leadership teams.
Maintains a presence across current and future fulfillment locations.
Drives strategic planning and cross-functional leadership initiatives for growth and efficiency.
Partners with internal teams to improve processes and implement technology for accuracy and on-time delivery.
Provides high-level reporting to senior leadership and oversees staff development.
Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and audits.
