PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy in Collierville, TN is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist, Fulfillment to manage drug distribution, ship medications, and oversee cold chain shipments. You will mentor staff, train teams, and address escalated concerns under the Pharmacy Supervisor of Fulfillment Operations.

The Clinical Pharmacist, Fulfillment manages drug distribution and related activities for a variety of patients enrolled at PANTHERx™ Rare Pharmacy. The role safely and efficiently dispenses and ships medications, packages cold chain shipments, and follows all fulfillment processes in the pharmacy setting. The Fulfillment Pharmacist assists with mentoring newly hired staff, trains existing staff, and addresses escalated patient, prescriber, or PANTHERx leadership concerns. In addition, this role oversees pharmacy technicians, supports other roles daily and reports to the Pharmacy Supervisor of Fulfillment Operations.
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
