Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy in Moon Township, PA is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist, Fulfillment to manage drug distribution and ship medications for patients enrolled in our rare-disease program. The role includes mentoring staff, ensuring quality and compliance, and supporting on-site operations in a well‑lit, on-site distribution pharmacy.

The Fulfillment Pharmacist will supervise technicians, handle on-call duties, and participate in process improvements while adhering to safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Registered Pharmacist degree from an ACPE accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist Licensure for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Active and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Verifies prescription orders during fulfillment process.
• Supervises pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Develops and enforces quality and production standards in the fulfillment area.
• Trains staff on new processes and changes.
• Participates in leadership meetings to review staff needs and accomplishments.
• Performs on-call fulfillment duties, including transporting products between Panther facilities.
