Job summary

Mercy Health Irvine Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacist (PRN) to perform medication management, ensuring safe, rational, and cost-effective therapy while complying with all applicable rules and standards. Qualifications

• Graduation from ACPE-accredited school with BS or PharmD required.
• License to practice Pharmacist in state(s) where working.
• Immunization certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and review medication appropriateness and safety.
• Prepare compounded and non-compounded products safely.
• Oversee pharmacy operations and inventory control.
• Supervise technicians and support staff.
• Educate patients to improve adherence and understanding.
• Communicate with healthcare providers and families.
• Participate in medication safety and quality activities.
