Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join an inpatient pharmacy team. You will support medication management, clinical dosing, monitoring, and oncology/infusion services to enhance patient care.

Responsibilities include supervising workflow, evaluating orders, providing drug information and staff training, and participating in meetings to improve safety and efficiency in medication use.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• At least 2 years of experience; preferred 2–5 years.
• Licenses including RPh and Medication Therapy Services in MO.
