The role requires MO licensure with RPh credentials and 2-5 years of supervisory experience, focusing on improving patient outcomes through collaboration with clinicians and adherence to policy standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Active MO RPh license and Medication Therapy Services license.
• 2-5 years of experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership abilities.
• Ability to assess, monitor and modify therapy as needed.
