Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a licensed pharmacist to join a clinically focused environment in Missouri. You will assess, monitor, initiating and modifying medication therapies, ensure accurate dispensing, and resolve medication-related issues.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with MO Medication Therapy Services license.
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy; Doctorate preferred with 2–5 years of experience.
• RPh certification or equivalent

Responsibilities
