Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience; supervisory experience not required.
• License: MO Medication Therapy Services, RPh.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness and safety.
• Counsel patients and promote optimal drug therapy.
• Participate in department meetings and act as a medication therapy resource.
