Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join the inpatient pharmacy team in Farmington, MO. You will manage medication therapy, dosing, monitoring, and support oncology/infusion services, ensuring high-quality patient care.

You will supervise pharmacy technicians, interns, and volunteers, participate in departmental meetings, and provide drug information and staff training to optimize safety and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy required; Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience; supervisor experience not required.
• Licenses: RPh and Medication Therapy Services in MO.
• Strong assessment, communication, and collaborative skills; ability to handle clinical and operational duties.
