Job summary

SCP Health is seeking a senior professional to lead quality improvement and performance initiatives within Ballad Health facilities. You will drive data-driven QA/PI efforts, partner with hospital teams, and coordinate staff training to enhance patient care and referrals.

Requirements include RN licensure, 5+ years in acute care, and strong analytics, with a preference for advanced degrees. The role emphasizes collaboration across SCP Health and hospital leadership to meet clinical KPIs.

Qualifications

• RN with required licensure and hospital/acute care experience.
• 5+ years as a clinician in an acute healthcare setting.
• 3+ years in QA/PI and reporting in managed-care.
• Direct patient care experience; ICU/EM preferred.
• Experience with hospital and outpatient quality measures and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Represent SCP Health to retain and grow referral sources and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate staff training and orientation for new office personnel.
• Participate in physician interviews and coordinate with Staffing Ops.
• Promote communication with hospital staff and SCP Health teams.
• Support Medical Director as program liaison.
• Monitor performance and share improvement strategies with leadership.
• Lead daily workflows driving clinical performance initiatives.
• Develop clinical protocols and KPI-related improvements.
