Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• PMP, CAPM or equivalent certification preferred.
• Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational rhythm of the department: cadence, agendas, pre-reads, actions.
• Lead cross-functional quality initiatives from scope to evaluation.
• Develop and maintain board reporting and data narratives for executives.
