Responsibilities

• Represent SCP Health to retain referrals and grow volumes.
• Coordinate training and onboarding for new staff and providers.
• Assist in physician interviews and staffing coordination with medical directors.
• Promote communication within hospital staff, SCP Health teams, and hospital administration.
• Support Medical Director as point person and liaison for the program.
• Monitor performance and share improvement strategies with leadership.
• Lead daily workflows to drive clinical performance initiatives.
