Job summary

SCP Health is seeking an experienced RN to lead quality and performance improvement initiatives at Ballad Health – Holston Valley Medical Center and affiliated sites. The role focuses on coordinating physician engagement, data analytics, and KPI-driven improvements across hospitalist programs.

The candidate will support patient care providers, oversee clinical protocols, and collaborate with field operations to enhance patient outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or healthcare-related field required.
• 3+ years of clinical quality assurance, data analytics and reporting experience in a managed-care setting.
• Experience in patient care and hospital-based quality measures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent SCP Health and the Hospital to retain referrals and grow volumes.
• Support training coordination and orientation for new office staff and providers.
• Coordinate with Medical Directors and tour facilities of interest.
• Lead daily workflows to drive clinical performance initiatives and KPI improvements.
• Collaborate to establish HM Committee meetings between Hospital Administration and SCP Health.
