Galileo Search, LLC. is seeking a professional to coordinate physician peer review activities and oversee case review workflows, committee preparation, case tracking, follow-up and documentation.

The role supports OPPE/FPPE programs, analyzes provider performance data and prepares materials for Medical Staff Leadership and physician committees. Collaboration with Quality, Risk Management and Medical Staff Services is essential to provider quality initiatives and accreditation readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee physician peer review activities, including case review workflows, committee preparation, case tracking, follow-up, and documentation
• Support and maintain OPPE and FPPE programs
• Analyze and report provider performance data, quality indicators, trends, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare materials, reports, dashboards, and summaries for Medical Staff Leadership and physician committees
• Partner with physician leaders, Quality, Risk Management, and Medical Staff Services stakeholders on provider quality initiatives
• Support accreditation readiness and compliance efforts related to physician performance evaluation and peer review activities
• Maintain accurate records within credentialing, quality, peer review, and physician performance tracking systems
• Provide support for Professional Quality Committee activities and recurring reporting to executive and physician leadership
