Montage Health in Monterey, CA is seeking a Peer Review and Professional Practice Evaluation Coordinator (RN) to manage physician peer review, OPPE and FPPE workflows. You will summarize clinical data, coordinate reviews, and prepare reports for medical staff leaders and committees.

The role requires collaboration with Quality, Risk, Medical Staff Services, and IT, with on-site presence at least one week per month. California RN licensure is required and a BSN is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates physician peer review activities, including case intake, tracking, committee preparation, follow-up, and documentation.
• Reviews, analyzes, and summarizes medical records for peer review and professional practice evaluation.
• Prepares OPPE/FPPE reports, provider quality profiles, dashboards, and tracking logs for leaders and committees.
• Maintains entry of peer review data in credentialing, privileging, quality, or peer review systems.
• Collaborates with chairs, leaders, Quality, Risk Management, IT, and Medical Staff Services to report performance data.
• Supports accreditation readiness by maintaining complete, retrievable documentation.
