Responsibilities

• Coordinate physician peer review activities, case intake, tracking, and documentation.
• Review and summarize medical records for peer review and professional practice evaluation.
• Prepare OPPE/FPPE reports, dashboards, and summaries for medical staff leaders and committees.
• Maintain accurate documentation in credentialing, privileging, quality, and peer review systems.
• Support accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance through complete documentation.
