Job summary

Equip Health is seeking a Clinical Partnerships Representative to expand patient access by building relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations across the United States. This remote role combines virtual outreach with in-person meetings to drive patient admissions and strengthen the referral network.

You’ll collaborate with clinical leaders, manage data in a CRM, and plan regional events while navigating diverse provider needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2+ years in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare.
• Must reside in Central area or Western Pennsylvania.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies to maximize provider relationships within a territory.
• Cultivate new relationships through video calls, in-person meetings, and events.
• Deliver patient acquisition goals in collaboration with departments.
• Manage data and reports in a CRM to track territory performance.
• Plan regional events to engage the target professional audience.
• Collaborate with referral and admissions teams to streamline processes.
• Work with marketing, operations, and payor partnerships to expand markets.
• Identify local sponsorship opportunities and represent Equip at conferences.
