Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for onsite or remote examinations and perform pre-exam tests.
• Assist onsite doctor with eye examinations and document results in EMR.
• Support remote eye exams, including pre-testing and video conferencing.
• Coordinate with retail associates to schedule exams and follow up on no-shows.
