Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations and coordinate pre-exam tests.
• Assist onsite optometrist with eye exams and document results in EMR.
• Support remote eye exams, including pre-testing and documentation.
• Preauthorize insurance and schedule appointments per guidelines.
• Maintain patient records and assist with insurance forms.
