Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and help them select eyeglass frames and lenses.
• Provide expert advice on lens options, coatings, and frame styles.
• Take accurate measurements (PD, segment height) for proper fit.
• Process eyewear orders, check in/inspect glasses, and perform adjustments/repairs.
• Educate patients on eyewear options, lens technologies, and care for glasses/contacts.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and patient information.
• Support daily office functions and keep the optical area clean and organized.
