Eyetastic Services is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to enhance the eyewear experience for patients in our boutique eye care setting. You will participate in merchandising, selling, and delivering eyewear services under the guidance of the Practice Manager and a team passionate about eye care.

The role emphasizes patient-focused service, accurate data entry, and collaboration with the lab and insurance processes to ensure timely, quality eyewear orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Willingness to complete ABOC testing within the first year of employment.
• Experience with EHR systems preferred.
• Strong computer skills and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients to understand their needs and guide eyewear selections.
• Process patient frames and lens orders by lab on the same day as the transaction.
• Maintain the retail floor according to merchandising guidelines.
• Perform frame adjustments for proper fit and patient satisfaction.
• Conduct inventory checks on optical frames and maintain records.
• File insurance claims promptly to ensure timely arrival and payment of orders.
• Stay informed on eyewear industry trends and lens technology.

Position Overview

The Sales Associate will play a pivotal role in merchandising, selling, and delivering eyewear services to valued patients. This individual's expertise in eyeglass frames and lenses, along with a commitment to creating inspiring patient experiences, will help the optical boutique succeed. The Sales Associate will report directly to the Practice Manager and collaborate with a team that is passionate about eye care.

Key Responsibilities (training will be provided)

• Engage with patients to understand their needs and guide them in selecting the best eyewear options.
• Process patient frames and lens orders efficiently by sending them to the appropriate lab on the same day as the transaction.
• Maintain the retail floor in accordance with merchandising guidelines.
• Perform frame adjustments to ensure a perfect fit for patient satisfaction.
• Conducted inventory checks on optical frames and maintained accurate records.
• File insurance claims promptly to ensure timely arrival and payment of patient orders.
• Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in spectacle lens technology.
