Job summary

Optain is a healthcare technology company that uses AI and machine learning to detect eye and systemic conditions through retinal imaging, expanding access to care. We are seeking a results-driven operations leader to own the grading playbook, SOPs, onboarding materials, and the provider network policy library.

In year one you will design and run the grader quality program, build a capacity model by state and customer, and recruit graders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare operations, incl. 2+ years managing contracted or affiliated clinicians.
• Experience writing clinical or operational policy signed by a physician leader.
• Startup experience and comfort building dashboards and capacity models.

Responsibilities

• Own the grading playbook, SOPs, onboarding materials, and provider network policy library.
• Design and run the grader quality program, including sampling, over-read, and performance feedback.
• Build and maintain a capacity model by state and customer, and run grader recruitment.
