Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage pharmacy programs.
• Oversee daily execution of programs, including scheduling and defect tracking.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
• Develop rubrics and monitoring programs to ensure quality and patient safety.
• Identify areas for process improvement and drive changes.
• Collaborate with Enterprise partner points of contact to meet objectives.
• Support high‑touch partnership and data‑driven decision making with reports.
