Bookmark Medical seeks a Clinical Operations Trainer to support onboarding, training, and ongoing development for Medical Assistants, providers, and other practice team members across Michigan. Qualifications

• 3+ years in a medical practice, ambulatory or similar healthcare setting.
• Experience training, onboarding, mentoring, or coaching clinical teams.
• Strong understanding of MA roles, provider workflows, and clinic operations.
• EMR experience, Athena preferred.
• Experience with role-based onboarding and training.
• Proficiency with MS Office and standard business tech.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, virtual, and in-person training for Medical Assistants, providers, and clinical staff.
• Support onboarding and training for newly hired Medical Assistants and providers.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching to apply clinical workflows and EMR usage in practice.
• Partner with MAs and providers to reinforce efficient patient flow and teamwork.
• Assess training needs and identify opportunities for education or workflow support.
• Collaborate with practice managers and L&D to ensure training aligns with current workflows and policies.
• Support newly acquired practices with regional training plans and integration.
• Develop and update training materials and facilitator guides.
