Bookmark Medical is seeking a Clinical Operations Trainer based in Michigan to support onboarding, training, and ongoing development for Medical Assistants, providers, and other practice team members across the Michigan market.

You will deliver hands-on training, reinforce standardized workflows, EMR usage, and efficient patient flow while partnering with regional leaders and L&D to meet evolving needs. A strong coaching mindset and clinical credibility are essential.

Competenze

3+ years in a medical practice or ambulatory care environment preferred.
Experience training, onboarding, mentoring, or coaching clinical team members.
3+ years of EMR experience; Athena experience preferred.
Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel approximately 50% within the region.

Mansioni

Deliver hands-on, virtual, and in-person training for Medical Assistants, providers, and other clinical team members.
Support role-based onboarding and training for newly hired Medical Assistants and providers.
Provide hands-on support to implement clinical workflows, EMR adoption, and patient flow improvements.
Collaborate with practice managers and L&D to tailor training to current workflows and standards.
Develop and maintain training materials and resources (presentations, guides, job aids).
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and metrics.
Build relationships with clinical and non-clinical teams as a trusted resource for training.
