Bookmark Medical in Michigan is seeking a Clinical Operations Trainer to support onboarding, training, and ongoing development for Medical Assistants, providers, and other practice team members across the Michigan market.

You will deliver hands-on training (in-person, virtual, and on-site) and provide at-the-elbow support to reinforce standardized clinical workflows, EMR use, and efficient patient flow. Travel is approximately 50% within the region.

Formación

• 3+ years in a medical practice, ambulatory care, or comparable healthcare environment strongly preferred.
• Experience training, onboarding, precepting, mentoring, or coaching clinical team members strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of EMR experience; Athena experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver hands-on, virtual, and in-person training for Medical Assistants, providers, and other clinical team members.
• Support role-based onboarding and training for newly hired Medical Assistants and providers.
• Provide at-the-elbow support to apply clinical workflows, EMR functionality, and patient flow in the practice setting.
• Partner with practice teams to reinforce workflows that support efficient patient flow and positive patient experience.
• Develop and maintain training materials and supporting resources.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, observation, and performance metrics.
