Job summary

Starling Physicians in Connecticut seeks a Clinical Support Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, manage patient flow, and train staff. You will provide real-time clinical support, scribing, injections, and ensure adherence to protocols in a fast-paced clinic.

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, you will lead staff, coordinate with Practice Manager, and drive process improvements to deliver high-quality patient care. Travel among locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Current Registered Medical Assistant credential.
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred; building teams is a plus.
• Basic computer literacy with Windows-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time clinical support in clinics to ensure efficient patient flow and protocol adherence.
• Train new Medical Assistants/Technicians on procedures and EMR documentation.
• Coordinate inventory of medications, supplies, and PPE; manage par levels.
