Job summary

Altasciences is seeking a Supervisor, Clinical Operations to oversee the Clinical Operations team and coordinate activities during clinical trial execution. You will ensure tasks align with study protocol, GCP and SOPs, while maintaining high client service standards.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training oversight, performance reviews, data collection and trial monitoring support. Strong communication, integrity and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3 years of related experience.
• 1 to 3 years related management experience.
• Current CPT-1 license.
• Current MA or CMA diploma.
• Current BLS (CPR/AED) certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Operations team scheduling, leave, timesheets and performance reviews.
• Manage training records and identify learning opportunities for the team.
• Provide directions during execution of clinical trial activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of trial participants and sponsors.
